Allium paniculatum
Allium paniculatum is found throughout Europe, N Africa and Asia through to China. While an "invasive weed" in California it is facing extinction in Slovakia! It is a variable species with flower colours ranging from cream through pink to brownish red. It flowers later than many alliums and so helps to extend the season to July. It is particularly suited to the rock garden or scree bed. 15" (38cm) high
Planting instructions
Plant in the open, in full sun, in a well drained site, with 3" (8cm) between clumps.
