The pale pink flowered form with pink pearl like flowers. Tough and productive, but possibly best not planted in too much sun where the flowers might fade. Like the others these are rhizomatous perennials found in light woodland scrub in northern temperate regions. Still scented. The white Lily of the Valley is the National Flower of Finland and the flowers are traditionally sold in Paris on May 1st.
Planting instructions
Keep the rhizomes moist before planting and bury them 3” (7.5cm) below the soil horizontally. Plant in leafy fertile humus rich soil in full or part shade. Top dress with leaf mould in autumn. Pale pink flowers in May, very scented.
