Related to the Polygonatum (Solomon's Seal) and a little similar. Somewhat evergreen, increasing well in rich humus soil. A plant from Guangdong in Southern China, growing in the shady places in river valleys and between rocks in the forests. Very lemon scented bell shaped white flowers in late spring. May 18" (45cm). Planting instructions
Best sited in humus rich soil, in shade or part shade not too dry. Perfect for a woodland setting. Plant 4" deep, 8" apart in good soil. Cut off old leaves in March.
