Designed to provide the opportunity for garden club members to order from the extensive range listed in the Avon Bulbs catalogue at the same time as benefitting from a saving on the postage. You will receive top quality bulbs in the biggest sizes and all the benefits of our planting instructions on each bag of bulbs.

There are very few ‘rules’

There need to be more than 4 orders, all from the same Avon Bulbs ’Despatch Season’

The total value (before P&P) of all the orders needs to be over £150

One payment (ideally using a credit card) to cover all the order, this will be made on the day they are despatched.

In return we shall:

Deliver all the orders together to one nominated address, they will be packed so that the individual orders can be easily separated by the coordinator .

Invoice the orders separately so reimbursement of the payee can be sorted out easily and in most cases the nominated payer should be refunded by the other garden club members before their credit card payment falls due.

Not charge any postage on these orders, so the benefit to 5 members ordering together (on 2009 prices) would be £6.75 x 4  =  £27 between them.

Send as many catalogues as are requested to the appointed coordinator twice a year.

So what do you need to do next ?:

Provide an address for the coordinator and tell us how many catalogues you would like. (You may be able to obtain these from the speaker at your event).

Make up your order and pass that to the coordinator.

Then forward all the orders and provide a card account for payment

Additional orders or alterations can be made at any time up to despatch, as long as there are initially enough orders of enough value to qualify.
