Cyclamen coum Silver Leaf has silvery-sheened leaves with a dark green margins together pink flowers in early spring in a range of shades, but the leaf interest is even longer lasting. It will benefit from summer shade. Perfect companions to aconites, snowdrops and crocus.
Cyclamen coum Silver Leaf tubers thrive best in lighter soils rich in leaf-mould. If drainage is a problem, lashings of grit may help. Acid to limey soil makes little difference and they should be planted 1" (2.5) deep and about 5" (12cm) apart or dotted about. Do think too about the varied tapestry achievable from their leaves.
