We have this confined to a north wall where it has grown with no attention for many years but it has a reputation for being thuggish and difficult to remove. Yellow flowers in May, climber to 6' (1.8m).
Planting instructions
These are the winter growing forms (they actually start off in late September) and flower in the spring. Some are not quite reliably hardy, but grown in pots and protected in the coldest weather, are better grown cool rather than too warm.
These bulbs will be despatched from mid August for planting in late Summer
