Tropaeolum tricolorum
Native to Chile with stunning red, black and yellow flowers in February/April, these are the winter growing forms (they actually start off in late September) and flower in the spring. They are not quite reliably hardy, but grown in pots and protected in the coldest weather, are better grown cool rather than too warm.
Planting instructions
Pot into good compost and grow in cool conditions in good light. Water sparingly in autumn and winter. Will need support to climb, and protection from more severe frost.
These bulbs will be despatched from mid August for planting in late Summer
