Big bowled tulips with extra layers of petals within the bowl. Strong stemmed so good in most situations, though with heavy heads the windiest spots are probably best avoided. Reddish purple flowers with more silvery edges to the petals. Mid May flowering 20” (50cm) tall.

Planting instructions
Avoid really windy sites with heavy headed tulips. Plant 5” (12cm) deep and 5” (12cm) apart in reasonably good soil in spring sunshine. Compliment them with different coloured tulips perhaps?
