Pale silvery pink flowers with attractive pert buds and dark stems.

Tulipa Douglas Bader
We have not been able to find out how this was named, it seems incongruous to have Douglas Bader remembered by a sugar sweet ‘baby girl’ pink tulip. However it is one of the most popular we stock and it frequently graces our exhibits in April and May. It is so easy to place with dark stems and prettily shaped bud and flower in pale silvery pink. A Triumph tulip for April and early May flowering 18” (45cm) tall.
With Blue Ribbon, Blue Heron or Queen of the Night
Planting instructions
Plant the bulbs 5” (12cm) deep and 5” (12cm) apart, or allow 7-9 per square foot in sunny conditions.
