Fully double petalled with glistening white flowers, hightened by a tinge of green on the outermost petals. A heavy flower but the stem is not quite so long so they do not fall over. Great for dramatic contrast, maybe planted with the taller Black Hero or Queen of the Night?. May flowering at 16” (40cm) tall.
Looks good with Black Parrot, Angelique, China Pink and many others.
Planting instructions
Avoid really windy sites with heavy headed tulips. Plant 5” (12cm) deep and 5” (12cm) apart in reasonably good soil in spring sunshine. Compliment them with different coloured tulips perhaps?
