Introduced in 1943 a deep yellow flowered variety, the yellow contrasting pleasingly with the green foliage. More strongly reflexed than many of the lily flowered group it opens wide in the sun. Good in the border or in deep planters. April/May flowering 15” (38cm) tall.

Planting instructions
The bulbs should be deeply planted with about 5” (12cm) of soil over the bulb in a sunny site, never waterlogged for long, 4” (10cm) apart.
