Tulipa Armani

Order Code: 131-158

Delivered to you from September

This product is out of season, register and an email will be sent to you when it is available to order.

Tulipa Armani was brought in last autumn as a substitute for Abu Hassan (which is still unavailable) and we were so impressed with them that we used them in our display at Malvern 2018 where many visitors also admired them. Deep crimson red with a white edge.

Planting Instructions

Tulipa Armani bulbs should be planted 5" (12cm) deep and 5" (12cm) apart, or allow 7-9 per square foot in sunny conditions at flowering time. Don't be in a rush to get the tulips in the ground as they will benefit from planting in late October or early November, by which time the first frosts will have reduced the level of disease in the soil.
