Tulipa Antoinette is a chameleon which starts greenish-yellow then fades to creamy-yellow with a hint of pink and finally turns salmon pink with a touch of orange. With a multi headed nature this provides lots of flower and continual development and interest.
Tulipa Antoinette bulbs should be planted 5" (12cm) deep and 5" (12cm) apart, or allow 7-9 per square foot in well drained soil and that has a sunny aspect at flowering time. Don't be in a rush to get the tulips in the ground as they will benefit from planting in late October or early November, by which time the first frosts will have reduced the level of disease in the soil.
Flowers April/May
Height 18" (45cm)
