Seed collected by Colin Mason in 1990 from Galanthus Mrs Macnamara resulted in this particularly early flowering galanthus hybrid (normally at Christmas here in Somerset) with inner markings that fade away unlike those of the maternal parent up towards the long bottle green ovary. Supplied as dormant bulbs.
Plant the bulbs immediately. If planting them in the ground use the smallest size of aquatic mesh pots to aid containment and identification. Fill with improved soil based potting medium and a little sharp sand. Label carefully and water sparingly until autumn.
