Nerine flexuosa alba

A winter growing species, (all the other Nerine  forms that we grow are summer growing and sold in the spring catalogue), so these require a bit more protection. The frilly white petals however last ages in flower and in sheltered gardens are a treat in the autumn

Planting Instructions

Shallow planting suits them best and they seem to flower better when somewhat congested. Plant with necks just exposed, 2" (5cm) apart in well drained soils in full sun.  They may need a mulch to give some winter protection
