One of the very best new snowdrops of recent years. This is a huge poculiform G. plicatus found by Michael Myers when visiting Myddelton House. A fitting plant to commemorate a true lover of plants at a place where E A Bowles lived all his life. Supplied 'in the green'.
Dig a deep but narrow planting hole probably 4-6" (10-15cm) deep loosening the soil at depth and introduce your snowdrop into this at a depth slightly greater than it was previously planted (where the stem turns green!) Firm in and water the soil remembering to label the spot
