🌷 Autumn Delivery Update - 14th September

We’re pleased to say that Autumn bulbs are now arriving with us on the nursery, and our team is busy checking, sorting and preparing them ready for dispatch.

We are, however, still waiting for one final delivery from our growers, which we are hoping will arrive within the next week.

This season has been particularly challenging for bulb growers. The very dry weather resulted in a later harvest than usual, which in turn delayed the lifting, cleaning, grading and preparation of a number of varieties. Unfortunately, this has created a knock-on effect on deliveries into the nursery.

We completely understand that many customers are keen to get their bulbs planted, and we really do appreciate your patience while we wait for the remaining stock to arrive.

We expect to begin dispatching our Autumn bulb orders from late September into early October, with orders leaving the nursery as soon as all the relevant varieties are available.

Our range of 2-litre plants is available for delivery now and will continue to be dispatched as normal.

Every order is carefully hand packed by our small nursery team and, wherever possible, orders are dispatched in the order they were received. As this is our busiest time of year, it may take a little while for us to work through the large number of orders placed in advance.

At times, we may prioritise orders containing Galanthus, Crocus and autumn-flowering varieties so that these can be planted at the most appropriate time.

Different bulb varieties arrive with us at different times as they are lifted, cleaned, graded and prepared by our growers. We will normally hold your order until all items are available so that everything can be sent together.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details.
