Coprosma Evening Glow

The common name for a coprosma is the 'mirror plant' and this is derived from their shiny, waxy style of foliage that creates an almost mirror like reflection. Evening Glow has predominantly glossy green leaves with flecks of yellow, that transform into more orange hues as the temperatures drop in the autumn. The cooler it is, the more vivid the colours become!

Planting Instructions

These can be planted in either patio pots or garden borders. Dig a hole approximately twice the size of the rootball. Knock the plant out of the pot, and place into the centre of the hole, and backfill, ensuring the returned soil is lightly pressed into place. Also ensure the crown of the plant is above the soil surface.

Fully grown this coprosma could reach up to 1m tall, so please bear this in mind when finalising the position of this plant in your garden

Coprosma prefers full sun or partial shade, and needs protecting from any extreme frosts
