Pink Jewel is a pink variation of Allium multibulbosum, with its stunning globes of star-shaped rose-pink blooms on a tall sturdy stem, it is perfect for attracting pollinators. The refined masses of jewel-like flowers will look exquisite whether it be in beds, borders or containers growing to height of around 75cm. Plant them in well-drained soil and place in a sunny or partial shaded location

Planting Instructions

When to Plant: 

Plant Allium 'Pink Jewel' bulbs in autumn, from September to November, before the ground freezes. 

Where to Plant:

Choose a sunny spot with well-drained soil. 

How to Plant:

  • Depth: Plant the bulbs 10–15cm deep
  • Spacing: Space bulbs10–15cm apart
  • Postion: Place the pointy end of the bulb up

Care Tips:

  • Water well after planting, then only as needed – these bulbs prefer dry conditions once established. 
  • Avoid overly damp locations to prevent rot. 
  • Ideal for borders, gravel gardens, and wildlife-friendly spaces, where their soft pink, pompom blooms will attract bees in late spring to early summer.
