Ixia (African Corn Lily)

Ixia are graceful summer-flowering bulbs, producing slender stems topped with colourful, star-shaped blooms that open in sunshine. Their light, airy habit makes them perfect for borders, containers and cutting gardens, where they add movement and vibrant colour.

Native to South Africa, Ixia thrive in warm, sunny positions and are excellent for attracting bees and other pollinators. Easy to grow and long-lasting in the vase, they bring a touch of exotic beauty to the summer garden.
