Veronica

Veronica (often called Speedwell) is a reliable, long-flowering perennial that brings fresh colour and graceful vertical shape to the garden. Its slender flower spikes are packed with tiny blooms in shades of blue, violet, pink and white, creating a lovely “wand-like” effect through borders and pots from late spring well into summer.

Veronica is excellent for pollinators, blends beautifully with roses, salvias, nepeta and ornamental grasses, and it’s a great choice if you want a plant that looks tidy, modern and easy to grow. Give it a sunny spot and well-drained soil, deadhead to keep the flowers coming, and you’ll have weeks of colour with very little effort
