A symphony of soft pastels and refined charm, Blush Harmony is a beautifully layered bulb lasagne designed to bring a graceful progression of colour to your spring garden or patio pots. It begins with the delicate, rose-pink stars of Chionodoxa forbesii Rosea, followed by the creamy sunshine of Crocus chrysanthus Cream Beauty. As spring deepens, sweetly scented Hyacinthus Fondant emerge in soft pink, complemented by the petite, ivory blooms of Narcissus Toto. The finale arrives with the sophisticated silhouette of Tulipa Elegant Lady—her pale petals brushed with rose and cream, swaying elegantly above the earlier layers.
Carefully arranged for sequential flowering, this lasagne offers weeks of evolving beauty, perfect for pots or small borders where space is precious but impact is desired.

Planting Instructions
When to Plant:
Plant in autumn, ideally between late September and early November, before the first hard frost.
For Pots (Layered Lasagne Planting)
- Choose a deep container (at least 30–35 cm deep) with good drainage holes.
- Add a layer of crocks or gravel to the bottom for drainage, then fill with multipurpose compost up to about 10 cm from the rim.
- Bottom layer – Tulipa Elegant Lady:
Plant bulbs pointed end up, about 20 cm deep. Space evenly, avoiding touching. - Middle layer – Narcissus Toto and Hyacinthus Fondant:
Cover tulip bulbs with 5 cm compost, then plant narcissus and hyacinths about 10–15 cm deep. Stagger for even growth. - Top layer – Crocus Cream Beauty and Chionodoxa Rosea:
Add another 5 cm compost, then plant crocus and chionodoxa about 5–8 cm deep. - Fill to just below the rim with compost, firm lightly, and water well.
- Place in a sheltered spot over winter. Once shoots appear, move into full sun for best flowering.
For Borders (Layered Lasagne Planting)
- Choose a sunny or lightly shaded site with well-drained soil.
- Prepare the soil by loosening it to a depth of 25–30 cm and mixing in organic matter if needed.
- Plant in layers if desired, or in clumps:
- Tulips (deepest) at 20 cm depth.
- Narcissus and Hyacinths at 10–15 cm depth.
- Crocus and Chionodoxa at 5–8 cm depth.
- Allow at least 5–10 cm between each bulb. For a natural look, plant in informal drifts.
- Backfill with soil, firm gently, and water in.
- Mark the area, avoid disturbing during winter. Bulbs will flower in succession from early spring.
Tips:
- Ensure pots don’t become waterlogged in winter. Raise on feet if needed.
- After flowering, allow foliage to die back naturally to feed the bulbs for the following year.
- Use fresh compost each autumn for potted displays.
