Planting Instructions

When to Plant:

Plant the bulbs in autumn (September–December) while the soil remains cool and workable. Autumn planting allows the bulbs to establish strong roots before producing their elegant spring flowers.

Where to Plant:
Choose a position in full sun or partial shade with fertile, well-drained soil. Bright Side Mixture is ideal for borders, beds, patio containers and formal planting schemes, where the graceful lily-flowered tulips can be admired up close.

How to Plant:

• Depth: Plant bulbs approximately 10–15 cm (4–6 inches) deep.
• Spacing: Space bulbs around 10 cm (4 inches) apart.
• Soil Prep: Improve heavy soils with compost and horticultural grit to ensure good drainage and healthy root development.

Watering:
Water thoroughly after planting to settle the soil around the bulbs. Once established, additional watering is only required during prolonged dry weather.
