Planting Instructions

When to Plant:

Plant the bulbs in autumn, from September through November, before the ground becomes too hard from frost.

Where to Plant:
Choose a sunny or partially shaded spot with well-drained soil. These daffodils are perfect for borders, under deciduous trees, or naturalised in grass. Avoid waterlogged areas, which can cause the bulbs to rot.

How to Plant:

• Depth: Plant the bulbs 10–15cm (4–6 inches) deep – roughly three times the height of the bulb.
• Spacing: Allow 10–15cm (4–6 inches) between bulbs for best effect and airflow.
• Position: Place the bulb with the pointed end facing upwards and the base down.

Aftercare:
Water the area well after planting to help the bulbs settle. Once growth begins in spring, allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering—this helps the bulb store energy for next year. Avoid tying or cutting the leaves prematurely.
