Planting Instructions

When to Plant:
September to November, before the first frosts.

Where to Plant:
Choose a spot in full sun or partial shade with well-drained soil. Ideal for flower borders, under deciduous trees, or in drifts for natural effect.

How to Plant:

• Depth: 10–15cm (4–6 inches) deep
• Spacing: 10–15cm (4–6 inches) apart
• Postion: Plant with the pointed end facing upwards. In heavier soils, consider adding some grit beneath the bulb for improved drainage.

Aftercare:
Water after planting to help them settle. Once they bloom in spring, allow foliage to die back naturally so the bulbs can recharge for next year. Avoid cutting or tying the leaves prematurely.

TIP: For the most natural look, plant in small informal groups of 6 or more. Narcissus ‘Cheerfulness’ is excellent for cutting too – bring their scent indoors for a touch of spring in the home!
