Delightfully elegant and beautifully fragrant, Narcissus 'Segovia' is an award-winning Small-Cupped Daffodil (RHS Division 3) that brings refined beauty to the spring garden. Its compact stature and graceful flowers make it an exceptional choice for pots, rockeries, alpine gardens and the front of sunny borders.
Each perfectly formed bloom features crisp, pure white petals that reflex gently backwards, framing a neat, shallow lemon-yellow cup with delicate ribbing. As the flowers mature, the cup gradually softens to a creamy ivory, giving the display a subtle two-tone effect that enhances its charm.
Flowering in mid-spring, 'Segovia' produces a sweet, delightful fragrance that is particularly noticeable when planted in containers close to patios, doorways or pathways. Its compact habit makes it ideal for smaller gardens, yet it is equally effective planted in generous drifts where the pristine flowers create a carpet of spring colour.
Like all daffodils, 'Segovia' is exceptionally hardy, easy to grow and returns reliably year after year, gradually increasing into attractive clumps. Its elegant white flowers also combine beautifully with blue Muscari, dwarf tulips and early species bulbs.
A charming miniature daffodil that perfectly combines fragrance, elegance and dependable garden performance.
