Planting Instructions

Geranium ‘Dreamland’ is a compact, hardy perennial with a neat, mounded habit and soft pink flowers veined with deeper pink. Its long flowering period and tidy form make it perfect for front borders, cottage gardens, and patio pots.

When to Plant:
Plant from spring to early autumn, avoiding frost and very hot, dry conditions.

Where to Plant:
Choose a sunny or lightly shaded spot in fertile, moist but well-drained soil. It will tolerate partial shade but flowers most freely in good light.

How to Plant:

  • Depth: Plant so the crown sits level with the surrounding soil.
  • Spacing: 30–40 cm (12–16 inches) apart to allow room to spread.
  • Tip: Water thoroughly after planting to help the roots establish.

Aftercare:
Water regularly during dry spells in the first season. Deadhead spent flowers to prolong the display. Cut back lightly after the first flush to encourage fresh growth and a repeat show. In autumn, remove old foliage to keep plants tidy and healthy.

Top Tip:
Pair ‘Dreamland’ with lavender, dwarf roses, or low grasses — its soft pink tones blend beautifully while its foliage knits planting schemes together.
