Given to us by the late Steve Taffler many years ago (unnamed then) and rather neglected for a while. The foliage shows strange mottling but the plants seem strong and flower readily. They will not be to everyone's taste but what is marmite to one is marmalade to another!

Planting Instructions

Convallaria Flak Jacket rhizomes should be kept moist before planting them 2" (5cm) deep horizontally and 4" (10cm) apart in a leafy fertile humus rich soil in full sun or part shade. Top dress with leaf mould in autumn. These are good strong fresh dug rhizomes but they will need a little time to settle in and patience will be rewarded.
