Allium cernuum is a claret pink flowered plant which does best in reasonably well drained locations. Native to North America and hardy in the UK they will,self seed and thicken up the clumps. The leaves persist for most of the year and the flowers are good for beneficial insects..

Planting Instructions

Sow directly where they are to be grown in the autumn or early spring. Alternatively sow thinly in a seed tray of well drained compost and prick out when large enough to handle with out damage.They may take up to three years to get to flowering size when grown from seed.
