Anemone Frilly Knickers

Semi double petalled and in flower for ages in the summer with the white petals showing more than a hint of violet-pink. From 1 litre pots.

Planting Instructions

For full sun or part shade with broad white flowers, the backs of which are washed in blue, showing more strongly when the light is lower and the flower less open. The flowers open intermittently so whilst there never seem to be many on a plant, there are usually some all summer through. They would prefer moisture retentive soil as their requirement for moisture is quite large when in full leaf, so they do dry out considerably when grown in pots. Very hardy and pretty much dormant in winter, no attention needed apart from a tidy up.
