Introduced over 70 years ago, 'Apple Blossom' has become a timeless classic, admired for its romantic colouring, impressive flower size and exceptional reliability. The enormous blooms, often reaching 20cm (8 inches) across, are carried on strong, upright stems above glossy green foliage, bringing a touch of elegance to any home during the winter months.
Each premium bulb typically produces two sturdy flower stems, each bearing three to five spectacular blooms, providing a succession of flowers over several weeks. The soft pastel shades complement both traditional and contemporary interiors, making 'Apple Blossom' a favourite for festive decorating, spring displays and thoughtful gifts.

When to Plant:
Plant Hippeastrum bulbs indoors from October through to February for beautiful flowers during winter and early spring. Most bulbs will bloom around 6–10 weeks after planting.
Where to Plant:
Choose a bright, warm location, such as a sunny windowsill or conservatory, where temperatures remain between 18–22°C. Hippeastrums should always be grown indoors and protected from frost.
