Delightfully dainty yet remarkably floriferous, Narcissus 'Minnow' is one of the finest Tazetta Daffodils (RHS Division 8) for naturalising, containers and the front of spring borders. This award-winning miniature variety produces an abundance of cheerful flowers that return reliably year after year.
Each slender stem carries 3–5 elegant blooms, with soft creamy-white petals surrounding small primrose-yellow cups that gradually fade to creamy white as the flowers mature. This gentle colour transformation gives established clumps a beautiful two-tone effect, extending their visual appeal throughout the flowering season.
Flowering in mid-spring, 'Minnow' is lightly fragrant and exceptionally free-flowering, quickly forming generous clumps that create a carpet of soft spring colour. Its compact habit makes it ideal for containers, rockeries, woodland gardens, beneath deciduous trees and naturalising through short grass.
Recipient of the prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit, 'Minnow' is prized for its reliability, vigour and ease of cultivation. Its charming flowers also make delightful miniature cut blooms for small spring arrangements.
A graceful little daffodil that offers effortless beauty, gentle fragrance and outstanding garden performance.
